Before starting her own law firm in 2011, attorney McNair served as a Special Deputy Prosecutor for King County Juvenile Court and as the Domestic Violence Prosecutor for the City of Mountlake Terrace and various other cities in Snohomish County. Attorney McNair transitioned her career out of criminal practice in 2007 when she was hired by a notable law firm in Snohomish County. There, she was responsible for managing the firm's Personal Injury practice for over 3 years.

Today, attorney McNair's practice focuses on auto, trucking, pedestrian, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, as well as construction site injuries, dog bites, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. She has successfully secured more than $10,000,000 in settlements and awards on behalf of her clients.

Attorney McNair earned her Juris Doctorate ("J.D.") from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2004, and was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association on November 29, 2004. While in law school, attorney McNair represented taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, and those individuals wrongfully terminated by their employer. She also clerked for the Washington State Attorney General's Office Criminal Justice Division following her second year of law school.

Attorney McNair is a member of the Washington State Association for Justice and the Loren Miller Bar Association ("LMBA"). She is passionate about giving back to the community and is an advocate for youth. Attorney McNair is dedicated to helping our youth become responsible, productive, successful citizens in the community by teaching them through her experiences the essential qualities that contribute to life-long success. For several years, attorney McNair participated in the Youth & the Law Forum, providing practical information about the legal system, educating and facilitating age appropriate discussions regarding legal rights and responsibilities, and putting on mock trials for elementary-aged children so they too could have an understanding of the law. In her quest to help others, attorney McNair served as Co-Chair of the LMBA Mentor Mentee Committee for two years, advising and counseling law students at University of Washington and Seattle University School of Law. Attorney McNair currently serves as a Board Member for ReJoyce Academy, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting youth on and off the basketball court.

Attorney McNair has been recognized by the LMBA as a Young Lawyer of the Year and has been selected as one of Washington's Rising Stars for attaining a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Attorney McNair has taught at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, a leading provider of legal advocacy skills training, and has spoken at various seminars for the National Business Institute.
